HomeHealthSync is a billing, payroll, and contractor management platform designed for home health therapy agencies. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
HomeHealthSync offers subscription plans billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to continue using the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
HomeHealthSync operates as a HIPAA-compliant platform. Users are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws and regulations.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
HomeHealthSync is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
