HomeHealthSync ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly, including account registration details (name, email, agency name), therapist and patient visit data entered into the platform, billing and payroll information, and payment details processed through Stripe.
We use collected information to provide and maintain the HomeHealthSync platform, process invoices and payroll calculations, send transactional emails and notifications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
HomeHealthSync operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We maintain a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google Firebase, our infrastructure provider. Protected Health Information (PHI) is encrypted at rest and in transit. No PHI is transmitted in invoice emails — only billing amounts and non-identifying visit data.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform (Google Firebase, Stripe), or as required by law.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized users within your organization based on assigned roles.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
